The MountainBrook Village Homeowner Association (HOA) is a 501 (c) 4 non-profit organization. Every homeowner in MountainBrook Village is a member of the HOA. The purpose of a homeowner association is to preserve, maintain and enhance homes and the common property throughout the community.
Common Property is an important benefit of an HOA. MountainBrook Village HOA provides homeowners with "resort living" amenities that are funded through membership dues that are collected two times a year.
MountainBrook Village has a Community Campus made up of six buildings that are used for entertainment, physical fitness and special interests.
These buildings have rooms for meetings, clubs and classes. Indoor recreation includes the fitness center, card games, billiards and many more. The Superstition Center is used for Tuesday Morning Coffee and News as well as Dinner Dances and Entertainment.

MountainBrook Village HOA has a seven member Board of Directors who are nominated and elected by the members of the association to represent the homeowners and govern over the association.
The HOA employs a management company, First Service Residential, their fee comes from these dues as well. This company does the day to day business operations of the association.
