Fairway Vista HOA

(From the December 2011 Mountaineer)

Our Fairway Vista monthly meeting was held on Thursday, November 17, at 10 am in the Sunset Room B. All Board Members were present along with Pam Weston of Jomar. Our next meeting is scheduled for January 26, 2012, in the Sunset Room.

Please remember to mark your next year's calendar for our Annual Meeting taking place on Saturday, February 4, 2012. There will again be breakfast served after the meeting. Representatives from our new landscaping company will be available for questions. All landscape concerns should be directed to Jomar at 288-8335 or John Pytko at 288-8011.

Pinnacle Vista HOA

(From the December 2011 Mountaineer)

The annual meeting for Pinnacle Vista homeowners will be on Monday, January 16, 2012 at 6:00 pm in the Sunset Room. We will begin the evening with the meeting at which we will elect 2 new Board members, inform homeowners of our financial status, and have a home owners forum. The meeting will be followed by a social hour. Attendees are asked to bring either an appetizer or a dessert to share. As usual, it's BYOB! At this time we will introduce any new homeowners in attendance. There will be a couple of door prizes as well. Be sure to attend to become informed about your association and also to socialize with both old and new Pinnacle Vista homeowners. It promises to be both an educational and fun evening.
